Defined Learning
A collaborative space to share and generate ideas for utilizing the Defined Learning resources to support CT K-12 educators with their work developing project-based learning (PBL) opportunities for their students. This group will provide a forum to share PBL strategies helping educators promote student success through inquiry and design thinking, formative and summative assessment, and project management. Administrators of the group will provide resources and best practices and members are encouraged to share their practical experiences with the group.

Hi Heather,
We started using Defined Learning in our Industrial Tech classes with the Mini Golf Course Designer task. Students worked together to create their golf courses with various themes based on their sketch. Their course was designed to scale from their blueprint sketch. Attached is a picture of an example of one of their designs.
This is incredible Lynn! It's great to have an example for everyone to use as if they plan to use mini golf designer. Thank you for sharing!
